Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if a request is sent to pujavaidic@gmail.com within 2 hours of payment. No refund requests will be entertained after the expiry of 2 hours from the time of payment.
Incorrect Data
No refund will be made if the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if the customer notifies us within 1 hour of ordering the service, we will consider making the necessary changes.
Report Delivery
Once the report has been delivered to the customer, no refund will be made.
Processing Refunds
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request. Please note that this is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank/payment gateway.
Double Payment
In the case of double payment made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.
Deduction of Charges
All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been incurred by Vaidicpuja in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
Return Policy
For physical products purchased from Vaidicpuja, returns are accepted within 5 to 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at pujavaidic@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
